Visiting an Active VOLCANO in Europe | Mount Teide National Park Tenerife

Hi guys! This week I visited one of the most dangerous volcanoes in the world and the most spectacular sight on the island of Tenerife.

Tenerife is part of the Canary Islands, an autonomous community in the Atlantic Ocean close to Morocco and Western Sahara. Mount Teide is the third tallest volcano in the world and while it is considered unstable it is currently dormant. The most recent eruption took place in 1909. During a new eruption a large part of the Mountain could collapse into the ocean which would cause a Tsunami. Some experts say the volcano is not about to erupt any time soon while others claim that an eruption is long overdue.
