UNRWA has 'manipulated and monopolized' all assistance going into Gaza, Israel's ambassador to Canada Iddo Moed says, as Canada appears poised to restore funding to the organization. Moed claims that the UN relief agency for Palestinians is 'fully oriented' toward the goals of Hamas. But Chris Houston, the former head of logistics for the World Health Organization in Yemen, says the organization 'is the most important aid agency in Gaza.'
