Scrapbooking Process: So Fairy Sweet

Here is another process video. So Fairy Sweet layout using the February Scarlet Lime kit. I hope I don't get censored for using a pic with a baby's bum in it!

I tried a new way (off the top of my head) for making ruffled ribbon (my other ways haven't held up and fell apart over time). If you know of a better way, please let me know- I think I need a tutorial because I'm all thumbs when it comes to ribbon!
