KatanaDTG - Maintenance so easy, even a 7-Year old can do it!

Here is a fun video from one of our earliest users (and prominent support technicians), Stephanie Reynecke - watch as she teaches her young niece to perform basic cleaning / maintenance procedures on her highly used and abused, COMBAT TESTED Katana p600 PRO! It may not be pretty, but rest assured it will continue to put our top quality DTG prints for a long time to come - and thanks to our modular design, if Steph ever decides to do so, she can easily replace the ENTIRE PRINT MODULE for only $2,500. This would equate to an entirely brand new print engine, for an incredibly low cost. Heck, some companies charge an annual warranty fee which is more than the cost of a brand new Katana print module!

This isn't rocket science, folks.... All DTG (Direct to Garment) printers are approximately equal when it comes to the basic fundamental process required to keep ink flowing.... Some machines implement greater levels of automation, often at great financial cost - we advocate a system where everything is easy to understand, and all consumable parts are highly inexpensive to maintain and even replace.

We are all dealing with print heads, capping stations, spit pads, etc - you might as well be able to service everything, yourself..... At a huge financial benefit to your business.
