2025 March Madness Top Performances: Championship Game - Sarah Strong

Sarah Strong finished her freshman year even stronger as a national champion with a dominant double-double to cap her season off. Strong ended the game with arguably the best game of her career with 24/15/5 with 2 Steals and 3 Blocks to help seal UConn their 12th National Championship. Sarah Strong finishes her freshman season with a number of records such as:

- Freshman record holder for Rebounds (356)
- 2nd for UConn Freshman in Points (657)
- 2nd for UConn Freshmen in Assists (142)
- 2nd for UConn Freshman in Steals (92)
- NCAA record holder for most points in a NCAA Tournament by a Freshman (114)

Although Paige is in the WNBA now, UConn is set to sustain their dynasty and success as long as Strong is there and she will be a joy to watch through it all. Congratulations to Sarah Strong and the UConn Huskies!
