Anatta, No Self, Selflessness (Clearly Explained)

The concept of no self (also known as selflessness/Anatta/Annatman in Pali/Buddhism) can be confusing. Let's fix that.
While there are many models of approaching no self or selflessness (such as the five aggregates/khandas or skandhas ect), I present four ways of looking at Anatta/no self I have found to be very helpful in my day to day life for it more directly.
Understanding Anatta is crucial for spiritual growth. In fact, when it is intuitively understood it marks the first stage of awakening (stream entry). Remember. Anatta must be experienced. No amount of intellectualizing will have it be realized. However, knowing some theory is indispensable for practice.
