OXSRAD is a welcoming place where people of all abilities come together to enjoy sports and recreation.

We are an integrated sports centre offering fitness advice, training, classes and facilities for able-bodied and disabled users and for people recovering from injury or illness.

Our facilities include a fully integrated gym, spa bath, sensory room, onsite physios, Rebound Therapy and boccia.

We are friendly and approachable and our trainers will help you every step of the way with expert advice and hands on support. We are here to help whether you are training for a specific event, have a life-long disability or are learning to live with life-changing circumstances.
