Mango Milk Peda:

Ingredients:

1 tbsp ghee
1 cup mango puree
1 cup milk powder
10–15 saffron strands
3 tbsp warm milk
3–4 tbsp powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
Chopped almonds, for garnish

Method:

1. Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan.

2. Add 1 cup mango puree and sauté for a few seconds.

3. Add 1 cup milk powder and mix well until smooth and lump-free.

4. Soak 10–15 saffron strands in 3 tbsp warm milk for 10 minutes.

5. Pour the saffron milk into the pan and mix well.

6. Add 3–4 tbsp powdered sugar and combine thoroughly.

7. Cook the mixture on low heat, stirring continuously, until it thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan.

8. Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool completely.

9. Take small portions of the mixture, roll them into balls, and gently flatten them to form peda shapes.

10. Garnish each peda with chopped almonds.

11. Your soft, rich, and delicious Mango Milk Peda is ready to make your special occasion even more delightful!
