Ukraine Drones Hit Kursk, US-EU "Must Ensure Legal Basis To Send Seized Russian Assets To Kyiv"

A drone strike on the night of Oct. 5 hit infrastructure facilities in Russia's Kursk Oblast, the region’s governor said. The drones attacked facilities in the Sudzha, Korenevsky, and Glushkovsky districts, causing power outages, as per governor Roman Starovoit. Russia may use sea mines against civilian shipping in the Black Sea, including by laying them on the approach to Ukrainian ports, the UK has warned. Germany will not provide Ukraine with Taurus cruise missiles "in the foreseeable future", German newspaper BILD reported.
