PMBO 2014 update 1 (atmospheric ions & ground rod)

I gave up on the kite due to lack of wind in my area this week. The balloon is also giving me problems. As the wind changes directions frequently, the string and wire tangle on bushes and needs to be untangled every 2-5 mins. I plan on attempting some sort of stationary poll method next. A stationary setup will allow me to charge for longer periods of time without the need for me to be there constantly making adjustments.
