Toyota Sienna Brakelight Rear Backup and Turn Signal Change 2021- 2025 (Works Similar Year Models!)

Today I’m replacing my brake light, rear turn signal, and rear backup reverse bulbs on my 2022 Toyota Sienna Hybrid, this is also the same process to install or change rear brake light, rear turn signal, and rear backup reverse bulbs for a 2021-2025 Toyota Sienna Hybrid as well. It’s an easy repair that anyone can make. If you are wondering how to replace the tail lights in your Toyota Sienna here’s the steps:

Remove the plastic cover under the hatchback covering the tail light enclosure
Remove the 2 screws holding the taillight enclosure
Locate the rear brake light or turn signal bulb you want to replace
Turn the socket counterclockwise and gently pull back to remove it
Pull out the old bulb and gently push the new bulb in (avoiding any other wires)
Reinsert the socket and gently turn clockwise to lock back into place

For the reverse backup bulb:
On the inside of the back hatch door remove the access panel cover using a trim tool.
Locate the reverse backup bulb you want to replace
Turn the socket counterclockwise and gently pull back to remove it
Pull out the old bulb and gently push the new bulb in (avoiding any other wires)
Reinsert the socket and gently turn clockwise to lock back into place

I’ve linked to the new bulbs you’ll need below, trim tool kit and even a new tail light assembly if you need it.. You might be able to find these cheaper online than in your local auto parts store.
