Mark Bacus is grilling up some majestic Pork Tomahawks and serving them with a deliciously fragrant Pear Salsa. Simple ingredients like pears, onions, tomatoes and cilantro pair perfectly with the caramelized flavor of these grilled tomahawk pork chops. A tasty twist on traditional tomato salsa, the salsa is just a little sweeter with a unique grainy texture from the pear.
