LEGAL FIREWORKS Shopping July 3rd! (Spend Less, Buy Two Get One Free)

First fireworks stand a friend and I went to, prices weren't all that great; same prices as the last stand I went to in fact. However, right across the street is Big Steves fireworks, and I couldn't believe what I was witnessing when they said "Buy two get two free!"
