My Breastfeeding Journey. From Struggle Bus to Success! I’ve been breastfeeding for 9 months and have finally gone beyond feeling like a failure to being a proud breastfeeding mama. I wanted to share with you what I learned with the hopes that if you’re going through what I went through, you’ll find some solutions here and if you’re not breastfeeding, just my personal experience. *For stubborn thrush I used a probiotic mixed with an antifungal and applied a very tiny drop to my nipples. I made sure to wash off before breastfeeding. Even though the thrush cleared up in 1-2 days I continued to apply for 4-5 days.
