MAKING HOMEMADE PIZZA IN ITALY | BUCKETLIST ITEMS

GUYS THIS PIZZA WAS SO GOOD!

I asked for the dough recipe and my host mother said: 500 g flour, 300 g water, and 14 g yeast

Important steps:
1. roll out the dough as much as possible
2. cover and let sit for 2-24 hour

The pizzas that we had were Margarita (just cheese), Bismark (eggs and "bacon"), Salsiccia&Cipolla (sausage and onion), Radicchio&Blue Cheese, and Salsiccia&Potatoe. SO GOOD!!

Cook for 15-20 minutes with the oven as high as it will go! (The power at the house went out by the time we were done haha)
