Lately I've been seeing some nonsense about RPF being "a waste of points", which just makes me shake my head, since all it really shows is that the person saying that doesn't understand the value of the perk at all. So in the upcoming Gearing and Shimakaze commentaries I will attempt to teach people the value of this 4p perk, and why I recommend it on both ships.
