Trashed Hotel

The plaintiff admits she is recovering from meth addiction, and says she helped her friend escape an abusive ex. She claims she offered to pay for one night of hotel for the defendant but got charged over $1,000 for damage, so she’s suing. The defendant says her ex is now in prison, and denies damaging the room. She’s countersuing for harassment and defamation.
