Sopapilla Cheesecakes! Hilah Cooking

Sopapilla cheesecake recipe ingredients:
Cinnamon Craquelin:
1/4 cup soft butter
1/3 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup AP flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Cheesecakes:
12 Ritz crackers
2-8 ounce packages cream cheese
2 tablespoons corn starch
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Garnish, opt: raspberries, more honey
