MCC & Afghanistan - US foreign policy and grants to Nepal
US is forcing Nepal to accept it's grant in the form of MCC. The grant needs to be approved by the parliament. Earlier, Sri Lanka rejected similar grant. There is debate on if Nepal should accept it. But, US embassy is lobbying with videos and other promotional materials.
