I always wondered why we feel so much better after a walk or ride in the park, 'well it's the fresh air'... obvious answer. But it is much more than that. Many of us are being subjected to life in the city, and along with that we partake of stress, pollution, which is poor qualiy air, 4G 5G..you name it. It's only then that we begin to realize how important and valuable our time spent 'in the great outdoors' really is.
It is an obvious answer, but how can it be measured?
Difficult to say, but leaving the city, and being among living trees and plants which give off oxygen is very much part of the answer.
