Five years after Ferguson, Michael Brown's father wants shooting case reopened

Ferguson, Missouri is marking the 5th anniversary of the death of Michael Brown Jr. this morning. Brown's death led to months of protests, and drew attention to police practices nationwide -- and now, his father says he wants the case re-opened. Jeff Pegues reports.
