In this video and back by popular demand is 'THE FULL WELSH BREAKFAST'.

Since the last Welsh breakfast video (please see videos). I've had a lot of people asking me for a Re-Do.
A Welsh breakfast is not for everyone due to the very significant ingredients, however by the sounds of the riots I had from the last video I'm guessing a lot of people enjoyed.

The Welsh breakfast consists of two main sea food ingredients which require a strong set of taste buds, and like I said in the video 'Its like Marmite', you either love it or hate it?

The old story's say that the Wife's of Welsh fishermen and Welsh miners, used to cook this particular breakfast for their husbands, either before they go to work? Or coming in off a long night shift. The use of Sea food was chucked in for a extra boost in protein, vitamins and minerals.

That to me says its the best, most nutritional breakfast in the world.
Tune in to watch it being cooked, without the use of gas and electric and simply using what nature provides.
