LOOKING BACK | Live Acoustic

"LOOKING BACK" is a song about coming to terms with the end of my previous band, @wearetheocean.

It was written after an evening spent going through old photos and videos, reliving memories I'd buried for a long time.

For years, I carried a lot of guilt about the band coming to an end. It was a weight that, at times, felt impossible to carry. But time has a way of changing perspective. With a few hard lessons and the support of good people around me, I've found a sense of peace I never thought I'd have.

Having Alfie and Shawn sing harmonies on this song made it feel even more special. The moment we heard those voices together, I knew it deserved an acoustic version.

This one's for anyone who's still learning to forgive themselves.
