How I respond to negative comments about being called a copycat and knock off version of @LavarTheMotoMan. (I want to make a clear distinction that Lavar has never responded to or supported any of those comments. I'm guessing it's because he also chooses not to allow himself to fall to their level. I also talk about how to deal with the negativity on social media, how harmful it can be to compare yourself to others, and why it is important to understand your self worth before giving the rest of the world direct access to your wellness. Without a sense of personal values and self love it is much easier for anyone (including strangers who know nothing about you) to upset you and lower your self esteem.
