MegaIC Tester Current Sense PCB Assembly

Finally PCBWay got the PCB for the MegaIC Tester finished and shipped, it having been delayed for at least a week due to a Covid-related shutdown. I hope things are calming down for the over there for them now!

Here's my first ever attempt at assembling an SMD component PCB, utilising a Solder Stencil, Solder Paste and my hot air gun. There are about 130 surface mount components altogether, with the component with the smallest pin pitch being the LTC2990 14-Bit Analog to Digital Convertor, which comes in an MSOP package and has a pin pitch of only 0.5mm, yikes!

Then there are three 74HC4067 Analog Multiplexors and six 74HC4066 4-Way Analog Switches, in TSSOP packages with a 0.65mm pin pitch and the REF5040 voltage reference comes in an SOIC package with an ENORMOUS pin pitch of 1.27mm.

When I started in electronics, I was using wire-wound 1/2 watt resistors soldered onto terminal strip, so this micro miniature stuff is a really exciting challenge to work on.

But can I get all those things actually soldered onto the PCB? If I do, will it work once I've assembled it?
