Man Charged with Murder After DUI Crash with a Golf Cart

45-year-old Christopher Schulz died at the hospital after Lazaro Pozo Ilias drove through a crosswalk and struck his golf cart, prosecutors say. Schulz’s passenger, Brian Hovekamp, was also injured in the August 11, 2019, incident.
