I Dropped My New BFS Rod & Reel In The River...

I just picked up a new 4'10 UL Majorcraft Troutino Casting Rod to go with my new Fishband GH100 BFS reel. Super stoked to use this combo, it is the perfect balance and exactly what I was looking for. After making my way down a stretch of trout stream, I made a mistake...

Dropped this puppy straight in the river! Thankfully I got it back but it was totally choked up with sand and water that it literally stopped working. I went home, gave it a good clean, and took it back out to get my redemption on the fish.

Oddly enough, I actually caught a new species in this video! A white perch! Interesting stuff...

BFS Fishing is super fun. Can't wait to keep learning and perfecting my skills :D
