Join us on our journey through the Australian outback, where we find so much joy in slow travel — driving for hours and watching the landscape change, and adventuring with the three of us, alone in the outback in our trusty ute!

We drive through cotton fields and country filled with monoculture crops, and begin to understand the devastation and absolute loss of biodiversity that monoculture farming causes. We see the draining of culturally significant rivers and once fertile land that is now saline and eroded. We also witness regenerative farming practices and understand more and more the importance of listening to, honouring and respecting Indigenous agriculture and land management methods
