Hear the story of Wicho Valdés, from Guatemala's Santa Isabel and San Lorenzo farms, and how we came to meet him. His San Lorenzo is a component in our beloved La Cordillera and Spice Island blends, and his Santa Isabel has been one of our favorite Single Origin releases for years.
