The video contains text that explains its purpose. The point is that there are millions of ways to count 11. I choose to use "6 Not Quite Doubled" whenever the tempo allows for it. That is because it is only ONE thing to learn where ALL the millions of other options fit into it easily. I'd rather learn how 11 feels as a prime number and then play any combo in it from 6+5, to 4+7 or any of the other 2.048 integer break-downs before I even get into different "types" of counting methods brining the permutations into the millions.
