dear viewers , this is very small video on how to extract fractured but osteointegrated dental implants.
there are two techniques
1 ) one is by using bone trephines which are like hollow cylenders of trephines which can cut the bone all around the implant and thereby removing the implant. the only pbm in this is it will remove too much bone from all the side and may leave a very large bone defect in all the walls. and the advantage is it is very time saving.
2) another technique is by using the protocol shown in this video
where in one can simply create a buccal and mesial distal gutter in to the bone but not lingually
