How to Avoid "Stiff Knee Syndrome" (after Total Knee Replacement Surgery)

Following Total Knee Replacement (TKR) surgery, about 5-10% of people with develop longstanding issues with knee pain, tightness, stiffness and swelling.

Some of these people will even develop "Stiff Knee Syndrome", which includes the inability to full bend and straighten the knee, difficulty walking, weakness in the quad muscles, and swelling/heat surrounding the knee.

In this video, we'll do into more detail about what "Stiff Knee Syndrome" is, and then I'll share 3 things you can do to avoid developing it.
