Our Baby Still Isn't Crawling... We are starting to be a little concerned that our 1 year old baby boy Neo still doesn't crawl or walk. He has never liked belly time since he was an infant and now that he is at the age of walking we are worried. His hearing and speech doctors have told us that it is normal for Deaf baby's to be delayed in some of these skills and that his cochlear implant surgery may have messed with his balance a little. We are scheduled to take Neo to an orthopedic soon because also his foot is a little turned out.
