When in Plan View mode, at the Ground Floor level and in AUTO editing mode, you will find the “Gardens - Ground Floor” tab. This section is similar to the terraces configuration for typical floors but simplified. It allows you to size and enable or disable gardens for ground floor units. For this project, we will disable all gardens.

When in Plan View mode, at the Penthouse Floor level and in AUTO editing mode, you will find the following tabs:

Housing Mix - Penthouse Floor: Similar to the housing program tab for typical floors, it allows you to control the unit distribution on the penthouse floor. In this case, we will set 50% of the units as two-bedroom apartments and the other 50% as one-bedroom.

Setbacks - Penthouse Floor: This allows you to control, for each façade independently, the setbacks required on the penthouse floor compared to the typical floors. In this case, we will only keep the front setback.

Terraces - Penthouse Floor: Similar to the terrace options for typical floors. For this project, we will disable all of them.
