Is a diabetes dietitian helpful? My experience | The Hangry Woman

When you have diabetes, is a dietitian a helpful specialist? It definitely depends.

Seeing a dietitian for my diabetes goals was something that was helpful to me, but there were also some aspects I didn't view as helpful, or worth it.

A majority of people will benefit from having an honest conversation with a dietitian, and formulate a plan that will work specifically for you.
