Walking Tour: Trent Severn Waterway Lock 31 in Buckhorn, Ontario (September, 2020)
An early morning walking tour of the grounds around Lock 31 of the Trent Severn Waterway in the community of Buckhorn, Ontario, Canada (City of Trent Lakes).
The canal connects Buckhorn Lake in south to Lower Buckhorn Lake in the northeast. This is downstream from Pigeon Lake via Gannon Narrows. Beyond Lower Buckhorn Lake is Lovesick Lake and Burleigh Falls.
The community of Buckhorn is located 30 kilometres north of Peterborough and 24 KM east of Bobcaygeon. Downtown Toronto is 170 KM to the southwest.
