How to Change User Interface without reprograming ESP32

Writing user interface code often requires constant re-uploading of code to the development board. In my project I use a rotary encoder to design a simple user interface. The interface consists of five strings and seven graphic shapes. The settings are saved in the ESP32 EEPROM memory.
