how to increase humidity in incubator with silicone heater Urdu/Hindi

This is a silicone heater which I place on the bottom of the incubator and pour the concrete all over the bottom area ,after it is cured I placed the water over the silicone heater area and it become warm and makes more humidity than before ,it is also good for heating the incubator as it is covering the whole are on the bottom side ,the warm air is rising on the top to the tray area and going outside also making more humidity as well,this design don't use fan because the heater is covering all the area beneath the tray.
