Ven. Palden Gyatso - Message to MN Tibetans

The Venerable Palden Gyatso is known over the world as the survivor of a 33 year prison sentence under the Communist China regime. Despite unspeakable torture and deprivation, Palden la emerged with a heart full of compassion, and he continues to touch the lives of all he meets throughout the world.

While Padlen la lives most of the year in India, he spends time in Minnesota every year and has a deep connection to the Tibetan community in the Twin Cities. This interview was recorded at the Gyuto Wheel of Dharma Monastery, on the eve of the 77th birthday of His Holiness the Dalai Lama.
