At this webinar, Chris Sykes Popham shared his inspiring story of recovery from ME/CFS.

Chris is a former Royal Marine Commando and was living a life full of adventure and high achievement before ME/CFS upended everything. His symptoms were debilitating and life-changing – and he was not able to find a satisfactory explanation or lasting relief through the conventional medical system. Everything changed when he started learning about nervous system approaches to health and healing. Using neuroplastic (or 'mind-body') approaches, Chris's symptoms improved in dramatic and lasting ways.

Once back to full health, Chris wanted to pay forward his healing and developed the app, Freeme. This recovery app is designed specifically for fatigue-related conditions, is rooted in the latest neuroscience and uses evidence-based tools to support healing.
