Kuredu Island - Koamas Resort - Hotelcheck

The Koamas Resort is one of the four luxury resorts on Kuredu Island, located in the heart of the Maldives, one flight-hour north of the main island Malé.

We spent one week in one of those wonderful "Jacuzzi Beach Villas" right at the long-stretched sandy beach at the inner laguna.

To walk around Kuredu Island only takes an hour, so every place is within short reach. The house-reef is right at your feet, so take your diving goggle, snorkel and fins to explore the beauty of the underwater world of the indian ocean. Don´t hesitate to check out the more wild northern reef where surf and currents are strong, but it´s worth the dive.

There is one of the best diving-bases in the whole Maldives located on Kuredu Island. Visit the Prodivers diving-base for best support and great snorkeling and scuba-diving trips around the area.

The several restaurants, bars and shops on Kuredu Island will make your trip an extraordinary experience. If you are a skilled diver, ask for a diving-safari on the "Monsoon", a luxury diving-ship that belongs to the resort. Highly recommended!
