Internet for a tiny house on a trailer..

I am using someone's Wi-Fi at the moment but I can insert the USB dongle and fire up tethering on my galaxy s5 with 4gLTE signal and get up to 20mb download and about 10mb upload in the right location, and it is very consistent and it's full speed up to 40gb of data for sure.... I've never actually gone over yet to see what speeds I get after that... Anything I have left every month rolls over to next month... I have a decent signal in some pretty remote places I've been while out looking at land... it will drop from LTE to regular 4g, and sometimes to 3g, but it's rare to drop signal completely but it will occasionally... A decent cell phone signal will be part of the criteria for buying land for me someday...
