Cheap and Easy Roach Chow

Just a reminder to NOT use cat food, dog food, fish food. Those have protein that is higher than 20%, food that is higher than that can cause your roaches to build up uric acids and if you have an animal those uric acids can cause your animals' kidney to not work properly and all sorts of problems in there.
You CAN feed your roaches rabbit food, oats, and chicken feed
Before offering oats to your roach colony, make sure to microwave it for one minute because grain mite eggs might be inside of the oats and microwaving them can kill those eggs
