MBA Orientation Programme Commences at SMS, Varanasi

Orientation program of MBA course (session 2021,-2022) began in School of Management Sciences, Varanasi. Mr Sandeep Kulkarni, Managing Director and Chairperson of Brinks (lndia) graced the inaugural session as the chief guest. Mr. Devmani Pandey, (Head – Human Resources, Dalmia MPX) was present in the program as the special guest. The central government has developed more start-ups, due to which new companies with new talent are being established rapidly in the lndian Market.

While apprising the newcomer students about the new job policy, he said that now the focus is more on capacity building and not on many years of experience. The key note speaker of the second session of the orientation program, Mr. Owen Mendonsa, Head HR and lR DHL Supply Chain Ltd. addressing the newcomers said that new digital technology has changed the landscape of management education to a great extent. Logistics and Supply chain’s work has become very easy due to the new technology.
