Civilization 5: Siamese Deity: Wat in the World

A turn 184, 1795 AD, Science Victory.

Just having a good time, until I wasn't.
Montezuma was all too willing to take my stuff for a war. Taking my stuff is exactly what he did; never trust a smiling Aztec.
Voting down Order was too costly and I had to reload, but it was in vein as war was inevitable.
No idea why the game thought this round was only 3 hours and not 4.
