This is an AlphaProMed Instructional video showing you how to properly don and doff your Personal Protective Equipment in the OR.

This Full PPE Donning and Doffing video is divided into 10 simple steps. One sequence used for donning PPE, as demonstrated in this video, is the shoe cover first, then the respirator, the surgical mask with face shield & tie-on for extra protection, the hood cover, the bouffant cap, the surgical gown, and finally, the gloves. You will also perform hand hygiene before and during the donning and doffing process.

Please note: PPE donning and doffing sequences can change sometimes, so it's important to follow the latest protocols set by your healthcare facility.
