Green Mexican Spaghetti | Espagueti verde con chile poblano | Easy pasta recipe

Ingredients
1 pack of pasta of your choice
3-4 poblano peppers

Handful of spinach
Handful of cilantro
1-2 garlic cloves
1/3 cup of milk
Cotija cheese
3 tablespoons of butter
Pepper to taste
Chicken bouillon to taste
Depending on the spice level you can add a whole jalapeño or 1/2 of a Serrano for mild or 2 serranos for spicy 🥵

Boil pasta according to package (I added a tablespoon of chicken bouillon and a bay leaf to my water but it’s not necessary)

Add all of the above ingredients into the blender
