"It's going to be quite hard if I'm saying to someone, 'you need to bring your blood pressure down,' if I'm sitting there overweight."
Two and a half years ago, Irene was in desperate need of help to lose weight. "My weight is 18 and a half stone and my BMI is 47, which is not good, it's morbidly obese."
