The Judicial Services Commission will begin interviews tomorrow for the next Chief Justice and several vacancies in the Supreme Court of Appeal.
Justice Mandisa Maya is the sole candidate to replace Chief Justice Raymond Zondo, whose 12-year term comes to an end in August.
Judges Matter's Mbekezeli Benjamin says the interviews are significant.
