60 Min Full Body Intense SLIM & MUSCULAR Workout - with dumbells - At Home Routine - Let's do it
Hi Team,
This 60-minute workout 'Slim & Muscular' is intended for people who would like to build a muscular body with a sufficiently low body fat percentage to actually show those muscles.
In the strength part it is the intention that you perform all exercises in a 1/3 rhythm. This means that for example you go down 1 count and back 3 counts. For the legs it is 12 repetitions and 3 rounds. After the 12 repetitions you have 30 seconds of active rest. For upper body you have supersets of 12 reps and 3 rounds. After a superset you have 1 minute of active rest.
After the strength part comes an interval training of 25 minutes. This consists of 30 seconds of intensive training and 30 seconds of active rest.
Please remember that we all are different and that you can make this your OWN workout... take a longer break when you need to.

👉🏼 Level: Heavy
👉🏼 Dumbells ( I use 5 kg )
